About

Schools all over America celebrate Thanksgiving with songs, skits, and historically inaccurate information. Logan, a high school drama teacher, is determined to make her piece for the All School Turkey Trot as politically correct as possible. Together with her team of ‘theatrical experts’, they try to create a play that meets the school board requirements for educational theatre, honors the true story of Thanksgiving, and doesn’t offend anyone. The Thanksgiving Play unapologetically explores the uncomfortable, funny, and important conversations happening in America about political correctness and the truth that lies somewhere in between the extremes.
